Today I’m thankful for…

the man who came and fixed my washer yesterday...and he didn’t really even fix the washer.  He just cut the drain pipe.

Now it works every time…no errors!

All because the drain pipe was too long.

So happy.

So, I know, I know.  I haven’t posted Christmas yet…

I will.  But I’m waiting to get some pics from other people first, and besides, I really haven’t felt like it yet.

As for now, here are some random thoughts.

1.  I got a new calling on Sunday!  I’m the new YW Secretary!  Can I just say first--how much I grew to love cub scouts?  I will miss them, but it will be great to be back in YW again!

2.   One of my new year’s resolutions is to finish sewing an apron.  I’ve had the pattern and fabric FOREVER, and I need to finish it!!!  Please hold me to it

3.  I’m finally discovering all Google has to offer ie. calendar, Google docs, and I love everything about it!!  Where have you been all my life??

4.  I have made dinner every night this week and now it’s time for a break…where should we eat tonight?

5.  Can I just say how much I love Oprah’s new network.  I think it might be my new favorite channel over TLC.

6.  Kudos to my awesome husband for cleaning up lots of throw up this week.  Josh got sick Tues night and was at it all night.  At 3:30am when he passed the duty over to me, Josh didn’t throw up anymore!  He stayed home Wed, but was back to school by Thurs.

7.  I made an appointment to take my nutrition final today.  The big day is Friday.  Better start studying again!

8.  I’m excited for all the hard work Darrin is going to accomplish tomorrow.  So much to do around the house.  We bought 4 more hanging shelves for the garage!  Yay!  I’m hoping to get all the stored baby clothes out of my closet so that board games can go in there instead.  We are running out of room for board games…we have toooo many.

New Year’s

For new year’s eve we had some friends over to play games.

We had a great time playing, eating and talking!

The boys watched a movie, and then yelled “happy new year” a couple hours early.

Can’t wait to see what this year holds!
