Snow and Ice

Yesterday it snowed

and snowed

(taken at 2:34pm)
and snowed.

Darrin "shoveled" the driveway with a broom.

At 9:03 it was still snowing...then around midnight freezing rain started to come down.

When we woke up there was about a half inch of ice on top of the snow. The kids had fun stomping around and breaking the ice.

Needless to say, church was canceled last night.

You are REALLY getting it! And your forecast doesn't look too great. Please do me a favor and DON'T send it this way.

Holy Cow!!! Can I just say that I am glad I'm not there! I bet Portland is just closed down right now. I hope that you already had all your Christmas shopping done. Be safe! At least it looks like your boys enjoy it! Merry Christmas!

I can't believe all the snow! I'm glad we made it out of there when we did! I won't rub it in that it was sunny and 55 degrees here. I was hot with my jacket on! :) PS I hope you don't get cabin fever again this week! :)
