Thursday was Andrew’s 6th birthday.
He woke up super early to find and open all his presents.
After 5 minutes of wrapping paper flying everywhere, we ate Lucky Charms for breakfast…a specialty at our house.
He headed off to school to leave Luke to play with all his new toys. lol.
Later, Luke and I brought birthday doughnuts and juice to Andrew’s class.
After kindergarten we went to the fire station with Luke’s preschool group.
It’s always lots of fun to see the fire trucks and the fire station.
Unfortunately the firemen got a call and had to leave about 20 minutes into our tour.
Andrew’s birthday celebration continued on Friday as we took 2 friends (Clark and Jenna) to Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate and have cake.
Hope you had a great 6th birthday Andrew!!
Today and yesterday we have been listening to conference, relaxing, and having fun as a family.
I know “there are messages in each general conference given as a gift and a blessing from heaven specifically for our personal life situations.” (Pres. Uchtdorf)
We have been seeking our “gifts.”
And prayers have been answered.
These are truly men of God who speak his words.
As we’ve listened, we made these
and played with Legos like crazy.
Overall a great weekend.
with a great family!
