Pregnancy Journal (32 weeks)

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted about baby.

Today I’m 32 weeks.  I went to the doctor and everything seems great!  I’ve gained, ahem, 21 pounds.  And I’m measuring 30 inches which is 2 inches behind.  The little ladies heartbeat was 144, and she kept kicking the Doppler.  The dr. felt around and is pretty sure she’s head, which I agree with.

My aches and pains haven’t been too bad.  I’ve had sore hips at times, but as long as I sleep with a pillow in between my legs, then I’m good.  I’ve had occasional heartburn, but the other pregnancies seemed worse.  I hate bending over, so I have to rely on the kids to pick stuff up!

The little lady is still moves a lot and is starting to get the hiccups more and more.

I still crave doughnuts, but I’ve added chocolate chip cookies and pickles to my list.  I know. Pickles.  So cliché , right??

I’m almost done with my second big jar like this in 2 weeks time!  Speaking of, I think I might need one right now :)

I went the other night and bought a few girly things!   I think I’m going to like this girl thing!

There’s only one problem…

She’s not even born yet, and we’re having modesty issues!  Everything for the summer is sleeveless!  I know this shouldn’t surprise me, but it does!

Does Shade have a baby line?

Anyone have any good places to shop or found solutions to this problem I’m not thinking of???

Oh! We need to be closer! We have so many pickles left over from the Bridal Shower! Too bad pickles don't ship well!

what we do is invest in some really good onesies to go under everything or little sweaters to go over. it's hard...and it's getting harder but it is do-able if you want to keep her covered. we chose to keep our babies 'modest' and it's paid because it isn't even an argument with Eliza--she knows she has to put shirts under or sweaters over. good luck! in other words, you look GREAT and I am super happy for you! I wish i was super cute & crafty and I would send you something adorable but you will probably just get something store bought. :)

It is always a struggle to find modest things even for the little ones. Wait until she get older. I agree onesier and little sweaters are the way to go.

You look great btw!

you look darn cute. Just always have a white shirt on hand to go under all those cute strappy stuff.

Always try to get her 'summer' wardrobe in the spring. That's always worked for us! You look so cute!!
