I want to remember…

• How excited she gets when she see me.  She’s definitely getting picky about who holds her.  She throws a fit if it’s not someone she knows.
• She coos so much now!   She loves it when we talk to her.  And now she “talks” back!
• Sometimes she’ll stop eating just to smile at me.
• Her love affair with her fingers.  She’s getting better and better at finding her thumb which we promptly pull out.
• She still stares at her hands which I think is always so funny!
• Lately she’s kinda gone through a “sleep revolution”.  What I have always been doing, stopped working, so I’ve been working to figure out what works better.  For starters, Friday night I kicked her out of our room and put her in her crib.  She’s already been sleeping better at night.  I’ve also been more diligent to put her in her crib for naps as well.  She’s still swaddled…but hey, one step at a time :)
• She takes one bottle a day.  Usually the feeding around 5 or 5:30pm.  So nice to know she will take one!
• So far, I’ve always been the one to put her to bed, but this week on 2 occasions I’m not going to be home, so we’ll see how it goes having Daddy do it :)
