9/30—Playing Pass the Pigs. A new family favorite game. Takes Darrin and I back to our childhoods.
10/2—Holy mess. It's 8:30. House looks like this. Kids are in bed. Should I clean or wait until tomorrow and curl up with a blanket and watch tv instead?? Tough one. For the record, I cleaned the kitchen. Couldn’t stand it.
10/3—Breakfast with my boys. Josh always eats a Nutella bagel. Luke and Andrew like dinosaur oatmeal or Eggo waffles. They occasionally get a homemade breakfast lol.
10/3—Ella went a week or so where she refused to take a nap. She just played in her bed for hours.
10/5—Darrin told Josh and Andrew if they scored goals at their soccer games that he would buy them ice cream. The both got ice cream later that day.
10/5—I spent most of general conference sewing on scout patches. It’s totally a labor of love. I made Darrin do one patch, and he said we could hire someone from now on. lol. Having two boys in scouts is rough; twice as many patches. I can’t imagine Luke in there too.
10/5—I love that Josh mows the lawn. I don’t think Darrin’s done it in months.
10/7—Some days you just can’t make it home before you gotta go. So why not go with a buddy. lol.
10/7--It's always best to sleep with a nerf gun right by your bed. Never know when you might need it :)
10/8—Read Josh’s homework. I was surprised he said he admired me. So sweet. And if he could be someone else for a day, he picked Ella.
10/10—Full rainbow at Luke’s soccer game. So pretty!
