10/2—Thursday was a super busy day, but this picture is the only one I had to show for it. lol.
Ella and I took the van to get the oil changed. She loved all the complimentary water, popcorn and cookies.
Then we took the van to the collision place to get a quote to fix the small dent and scratch made by our awesome nephew a couple weeks ago. Can’t believe how much it cost to fix something so minor! Luckily there was a less expensive option that would get it almost perfect.
After a quick stop at Taco Bell for some lunch, we hit up the grocery store. Ella was definitely a trooper with all these errands! Potty training was kinda tricky being gone all day.
After the boys got home we went to the park to play. Hence the picture above. Poor Ella was their victim. She enjoyed it for awhile…
After the kids went to bed I worked on the posters and flyers for the Dumpster Weekend that I’m organizing for our neighborhood.
10/3—On Friday I tried to get serious about getting ready for the new carpet. I worked on cleaning out our room while Ella played with this game for a long time in her cute little undies. This moving twice stuff is a lot of work!!!
I found this blanket. And as you can see it’s falling apart, so I’m going to part with it. It was a Christmas gift from my Grandma many years ago. It’s gone with me on sleepovers, girl’s camp, college, hospital to have babies, etc… I’ve always loved it and am sad that it got old. Thanks Grandma for such a wonderful gift!
Ella and I took a break to make pumpkin chocolate chip muffins.
We walked in style to go get the boys.
Back to cleaning. Growing up I could never find an extension cord when I needed one. I think I went overboard as an adult making up for it….And these are just the ones we aren’t using right now. lol.
These bugs are crazy around here right now!! They are everywhere and love to hang out on the windows. At one given time, there’s probably 6 on each window of my house.
Cute girl eating her dinner. She’s been doing great with potty training as long as we are home.
After soccer practice, we headed to Chad and Julie’s to watch BYU football.
Cousin time!!!
It was a pretty sad game.
10/4—Soccer Saturday! Luke had his game first and then we drove to Tillamook for Josh’s game. Andrew had a bye.
Luke won his game and scored 2 goals.
Josh’s game was super intense. I was literally shaking in the 2nd half. They ended up with a tie (2-2), but they played awesome. Josh made one of the goals. He played goalie the first half. After the game, a parent from the other team came up and complimented Josh a lot for how well he played. Andrew played a little bit with Josh’s team and played pretty aggressive which is what we are working on with him.
After some McDonalds, we had to stop at the cheese factory to get ice cream. Lots of the team was there.
The moving of furniture continues! We’re making progress and it’ll be soooo worth it!
And sadly it’s 10pm, and we’re are just turning on conference for the first time. So grateful for living prophets, and I’m excited to hear what they have to say!
XOXOXOXOX
