September 10th—Today we had Katie over all day and then her sisters after school. Luke and Josh had dentist appointments so Katie and Ella tagged along. They were super cute playing together. And I think the whole waiting room chuckled when Ella loudly said, “Dang it!”
No one had any cavities, but one of Luke’s six year molars is coming in jammed against the one next to it. The dentist said it should correct itself, but there’s a chance it might not. We’re going to re-check in 6 months.
The school kids got home and we had popsicles for a quick snack.
The older kids had fun running all over the house playing hide and seek and sardines. Then they went outside and played for a long time. I worked unpacking boxes and organizing other boxes.
The boys had scouts. We still can’t find half of their scout uniform, but oh-well. We picked up Andrew, and played at the park with tons of neighbor kids for a little bit before bed. It was a beautiful night.
Going to bed, my heart was heavy for a good friend who had her baby, Sara Kate, at 32 weeks with complex heart problems. We got word she was not doing well. I sent lots of faith and prayers to heaven for that sweet baby and family.
